If you want to apply for an exchange or refund for any reason, the steps are as follows;
If you do not pay the shipping fee for customer requested returns, unfortunately, we will have to deduct the return fee. Because we sell many of our products below the market price for you and we do not increase the price by considering the returns like other corporate companies.

Provided that the products you have purchased from brillenmitte.com.tr have not been used, the exchange period is 3 DAYS from the moment the product reaches you.
Shipping costs in exchange and return transactions belong to the buyer.
When you return the product, if it is understood that there is no problem caused by the sender during the product inspection acceptance approval process, the product will be sent to you again and the return will not be accepted.
– If you made your payment online with a credit card, your refund will be returned to your card within 14 working days.
– If you have paid with the option of payment at the door, it will be returned to the IBAN number you will send to us within 14 working days.
BUYER; In the face of problems that have come to the product, the company should talk about the product exchange and return processes by calling the seller or sending a message on the day the product arrives.
a) The product delivered to the 3rd person or the BUYER must be sent to the seller in the same way as the package was received.
b) Unless there is a problem caused by us, there is no refund. We will help with the exchange.
c) The products to be returned or exchanged must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with the box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
d) The SELLER does not refund the shipping fee collected from the BUYER while selling the product.
